Oceans East Bait and Tackle - Outer Banks Location

Oceans East expands in to North Carolina with purchase of Whalebone Tackle on the Outer Banks.

Oceans East a landmark in Virginia Beach has expanded in to Nags Head with the purchase of Whalebone tackle. Oceans East OBX is located at Whalebone Junction in  Nags Head. 

In the Sping of 2019 we purchased Whalebone Tackle, the entire store has been updated and remodeled and our new location opened in May 2019. 

At Oceans East in Nags Head you can trust the staff to provide you with accurate information and hands on knowledge on everything from inshore and surf fishing to offshore bluewater trolling for tuna, marlin or sailfish. We carry fresh and frozen bait, Baitmaster balleyhoo, crabs, mullet, shrimp and more. Most of the staff members at Oceans East have years of hands on fishing experience, many as professional guides or charter captains and mates.

We carry an extensive line of clothing an apparel, Costa and Maui Jim sunglasses, Yeti Cups and Coolers, and everything you need for on or off the water.
